The report writes itself while you work
Dictate and take photos without putting your tools down. KOP places each capture on its step of the work order, asks you when it is not sure and, when you finish, the customer signs the report on your phone.

How it works

You arrive
KOP notices you have reached the site (even with the phone in your pocket) and asks whether you are starting. If GPS does not reach, you mark it yourself with one tap.

Talk and take photos
Describe what you see and what you do. The AI transcribes, looks at the photos, places them on their step and asks you when in doubt instead of making things up.

The customer signs
When you finish, KOP drafts the report from what you captured. You review it, the customer signs on screen and you share it as a PDF.

What it does today
Busy hands, report done
You dictate and take photos; there are no forms to fill in on site. What you capture sorts itself into the steps of the work order.
Asks before getting it wrong
If a photo or a note does not clearly fit a step, KOP asks you. You decide; the report makes nothing up.
Your templates, said out loud
Describe how you service a boiler or do an installation and KOP builds the template with its steps. Adjust it whenever you like.
Works without signal
In a basement or a warehouse with no coverage you keep capturing; everything is sent once the network is back.
For teams
Do you run a team of technicians?
Create your organization, invite your team by phone number and share out the work: assigned to each technician or in a common pool where whoever is free picks it up. You see every work order and every report as soon as it is captured.
