The service
KOP is an app for field technicians that documents work orders with voice and photos and generates the report with the help of AI. It is in early access: it may change, fail or stop offering features, and it is provided "as is", with no availability guarantees.
Your account
You sign in with your phone number. You are responsible for what is done from your account and for keeping access to that number. You can delete the account whenever you want (how).
Organizations
Whoever administers an organization decides who joins, with which role and what work gets documented, and is responsible for having a legal basis for the customer data they enter (names, phones, addresses, signatures). KOP processes that content on the organization's behalf, as the privacy policy explains.
Your content
The content you create (notes, photos, reports) belongs to you or your organization. You grant us the license strictly needed to process it (transcribe, analyze, generate reports) and store it while the account or the organization exists. We use it for nothing else.
Acceptable use
Do not use KOP for illegal activities or to store content that infringes third-party rights, and do not photograph or record people without their knowledge. We may suspend accounts that break these conditions.
AI-generated reports
AI can be wrong. Reports are generated from what you capture and you must review them before sharing them or asking the customer to sign. KOP is not liable for decisions based on unreviewed reports.
Changes
We may update these terms; relevant changes will be announced in the app or on this page.
